What time can you arrive?As a general rule, the arrival meeting will be in the afternoon between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. We ask you to give us your approximate time of arrival. Late arrivals can be made independently, you will find the keys in the secure key box available to you in each cottage.

Are pets accepted?We are delighted to welcome you and your 4-legged friends. When booking, please let us know if pets are accompanying you, a supplement of €30 including tax will be requested for your stay. Of course your animals remain under your responsibility, they must not create noise pollution day and night, the neighbors must not be disturbed by their presence, and they must not cause any damage in the rental, whether this either in the house or outside. Pets are not allowed on the beds and sofas, upstairs and in the spa.

What are the payment methods ?The tenant must return the signed rental contract to us within 72 hours, accompanied by a deposit payment equal to 30% of the stay. For payments, they must always be made by transfer to the bank account indicated or by French bank check, all bank charges remaining the responsibility of the debtor. The balance is to be paid 7 days before the date of arrival in the premises. For last minute bookings, the balance must be sent together with the signed contract.

Is the tourist tax extra?The tourist tax is not included in the price of the stay. It is due over the entire duration of the rental contract during which the tenants have the accommodation and at the rate of 1.1 € / adult / night, minors are exempt. This payment can be sent to the owner with the balance, or paid on the day of arrival. No discount can be applied for this.

What's the weather like in Bois des Combes?We are blessed with a warm oceanic climate. It's good to live in Brantôme all year round. From April until October we have pleasant temperatures with sunny days. In summer the days are very pleasant with temperatures between 25 and 30 degrees in the shade. We have rainy days all year round, hence our green forests, but it never lasts long between April and October. Are the cottages equipped for charging electric or hybrid vehicles?The cottages are not equipped with charging infrastructure for hybrid or electric vehicles. Is the spa included in the rental of La Petite Maison?The spa is included in the rental price for all stays between April 1 and September 30. Outside this period, the commissioning of the spa is at an additional cost at the tenant's request for a minimum stay of 3 nights: €50 including tax for basic costs + €10 including tax per day of stay. These costs will be paid on arrival by the tenant. Signing the disclaimer for the use of the spa is mandatory before entering the premises.
